Milestone, do you "think" our attorney's would feel it was important to have Large numbers in order to dissuade others from holding out and NOT settling?

For the correct message to be sent, I would expect PTSC's share of the settlement to be not less than $175million. Once the current litigation is resolved it is probable that at least the 30 or so in current license negotiations will settle rather quickly with the potential for $1 per share in cash balances.

Given the importance of the '584 to ARM, with the correct claim construction, it would not be unreasonable, in my humble opinion, to conservatively see a similar figure for their potential infringement.
