As someone who understands the ONT story quite well and conducting my DD on this company. There is some tremendous upside in the next few months on this stock.
Not only are we further ahead than everyone else in the Geraldton-Beardmore area, less followed and well undervalued but the drill has/is going to be turning any second with the intentions of proving up more gold reserves, trying to bust well over 1 million ounces.
ONT knows this property and the surrounding area very well. They have had plenty of time to choose targets and study maps, geochem and airborne surveys. We call them slow but in reality another word could be well prepared.
If they are able to hit some good consistent mineralization then get ready for some big upside. I believe some of the recent selling pressure is from the last PP's and timing makes sense.
BUT why are folks selling at this point in time. In many cases its a matter of the markets and uncertainty. As well many firms are trying to recapture losses or not take any chances whatsoever.
From my perspective it has created the buying opportunity of ONT that could likely be the best thing that ever happened to ONT holders. We know there is lots of GOLD there from the previous results and 43-101. this is an important step for ONT and odds are they will easily crack 1 million ounces with the possibility of finding much more.
Often the best time to buy a smallcap is when things look weak, lots of selling but nothing but great things going on and growing impatience in the markets. ONT is just this and I'm hedging my bet we are going to do very well in the next few months with ONT.
