Dear Kid, Thank you for inquiry. Mr. Conn has been President and a director of Echo Energy Canada Inc. since March 1999. He has been Executive Vice-President, Treasurer and a Director of Ontex Resources Limited since December 1998; and prior to that from 1990, he was President of Faymar Gold Mines Limited, a private Ontario corporation that amalgamated with Ontex Resources Limited in December 1998.
