As predicted on the AGORACOM Blog, it appears we are now moving into capitulation phase and a great opportunity to buy good small-caps that have been thrown out with the bathwater.

There are a lot of reasons that a person would sell now before waiting, especially during these poor economic times. They just can't afford to hang on and need the money for every day expenses. Those of us who are fortunate to hang in there will come out with a substantual gain.
