We all witnessed, with NO NEWS, how the stock went up to $2.95 last year. Then, for lack of specific news, it started going down again, on fears of the project not going forward,

The current situation is WAY DIFFERENT. We have an approval from the government and the company's acceptance of that approval. The only thing we are pending is the SIGNATURE of the actual DA. No need to get desperate "b4-2012"!! It will get signed...

So instead of selling, people should be increasing their positions!!

As for the current price, it's very simple. Somebody is selling, there are almost no buyers, and the stock price is droping. The minute the DA gets signed, the discounted value of the land together with increased demand (from new investors) should drive the stock price to double digits, very soon.
