This is not the first time OMAG timetable has been let's say on the optymistic side of things. They have consistently delivered,but it takes three times longer then anticipated. Delays always raise doubts and in OMAG's case if the deal falls apart all that is left is the shell, but a signed DA and the vending of the Land to the project company you have a 500 million dollar Construction company.
I believe the deal will get signed and these SP are a bargain at these levels and all those watching who didn't buy more will say I SHOULD HAVE, I almost, I really wanted to .......
