This is good news but hardly new. The OMAG did well with the announcement of the Terms letter everybody already accounted for Management to accept and sign it back; now we are all waiting for the BIG annoncement which is the Development Agreement, this will begin the process of vendiing in the property to the Project Company. It is this announcement followed be an updated appraisal of the land which will drive SP much higher.
