Dear Omagine Shareholders, In our continuing pro-active efforts to keep investors apprised of the most relevant and timely information please be informed that Omagine has file with a Form 8K with the SEC ; As required by the Government of Oman, on May 31, 2008 the Company delivered to the Ministry of Tourism (i) its written acceptance of the terms which will govern the development of the Omagine Project in Oman, and (ii) its confirmation of the Omani shareholdings in the Omani company to be formed to execute the development.

As required by the Government of Oman, on May 31, 2008 the

Company delivered to the Ministry of Tourism (i) its written

acceptance of the terms which will govern the development of the

Omagine Project in Oman, and (ii) its confirmation of the Omani

shareholdings in the Omani company to be formed to execute the

development.
