After a quick scan, for me some highlights are:
1. new investment of $48M for 30% equity stake; translates to per share price multiple times currently valuation
2. DA signing slipped out of Q1 but expected in Q2
3. value of Site has increased sharply and could have a materially positive effect on future cash flows; old estimates of net positive cash flow in excess of USD $600M over five years
