I disagree, when trying to close a deal it is counter productive to report that you believe a deal is close, or  negotiations are dgoing well. Why tip your hat.  As for those investors who are impatient, please there is only value here  with a signed  Development Agreement, till this comes to fruition  if you sell you are at the mercy of  the market makers and stock speculators.  I actually really appreciate that  management  is not putting out fluf news releases or promo news letters. When they have actual concrete developments they release it.  I realize investors hate silence but at times it is nesseccary to negotiate billion dollar deals.
