Dear Investors; We have consulted with Omagine's CEO who is presently in Oman and we quote his comment as follows:

"The Company’s annual 10-KSB report will be filed on or before April 14, 2008 and will update shareholders on our activities as of that date. If a material event occurs before that date, the Company will file a report on Form 8-K."
