The market sell of to 27 was because we reached a deadline-end of Q1 08
The deal was supposed to be finalised by Q1 08 and that triggered a bunch of folks selling their stocks.Somehow it came back to the mid 30's but its possible that another sell off could bring it to the teens.
The good news is that they have been updating with their little SEC filings here and there and there has been some insider buying.
Curious to see where this thing ends up in a few months...
