Hearken: The revised website reiterates that the only item remaining before the signing of the project contract is the identity of the parteners and the terms of their project company purchase, not to exceed 25% ownership. So far, one partner has stepped up. We are waiting for the bank to commit. They may have other fish to fry at the moment.
