Does this mean that the CCC construction group may have a problem getting construction workers? I thought the reason Omagine linled with them was that they had the man power at any given time construction would begin. It looks from all indications that the construction is set for this month some time. It seems that Oman is being very systematic in making sure all is in place before Omagine is to be a reality. Any comments?
