Couple points here:
1) It's good to see the board of directors was rehired if nothing else than for company stability. I honestly don't know much about them, but anytime a company cleans house there's a transition period for stuff to get done. And we want to get started ASAP.
2) The construction of the decline is on schedule, and that's a big positive too. We continue to drill at depth in a march to establish a new 43-101 so it would appear we remain on track there.
3) The grades don't appear to be the greatest but it's by design a low-grade, high tonnage property so this is expected.
