The report is the property of the Investment House that produced and paid for the research - in this case MGI Securities - and is usually disseminated to their institutional and retail clients.

In such a case, the Company, which is the subject of the report, will advise its shareholders that a report has been issued by a specific analyst & Investment house, but will remain at arm`s length, neither approving or disapproving of the content of the report.
