I am not in NSM for the short term either but reports like the MCI one are very important when increasing ones position and are considered ``material`` information to be released unless some legal reason exists for withholding.
Your failure to make the report immediately accessable potentially gives a great advantage to a small set of investors and is similar to withohold drilling data until insiders have a chance to take their postition. I am not accusing NSM of taking this route because I trust you given my previous contact but new investors might not be so charitable.
Making the report available is not difficult and so some reason must exist for NSM to hold back on the release. Why are you delaying the release of a material report???
I appologize for being a little too direct because I believe that NSM is a well managed investor friendly company but your resonse is simply inappropriate.
