As predicted on the AGORACOM Blog, it appears we are now moving into capitulation phase and a great opportunity to buy good small-caps that have been thrown out with the bathwater.

Bravo, I agree with you last post completely! I hate to be an armchair CEO here but yes, focus your efforts for the fastest and most efficient netback. The economic climate is lukewarm right now, let's hope for some good strong organic growth through development and avoid going to the market, at least not at these prices.
