That does make total sense. Essentially you're buying into future cash flows. Now since the potential cash flow is a few years out and that there is a certain level of "uncertainty" you're buying the cash flow at a really deep discount. Lets face it, if the company was going into production tomorrow, the stock would be trading at 3-4 dollars.

It's a wait and see but the reality here is that the company portfolio is very impressive and I'm willing to ride this one for the long haul.
