The Company is engaged in the business of acquiring, exploring, and if warranted, developing mining properties and placing such properties into production. The Company currently holds resource properties in the <?XML:NAMESPACE PREFIX = ST1 />United States and Canada and intends to seek and acquire additional properties worthy of exploration and development.

The Company’s focus over the next two years will concentrate on advancing their Nevada precious base metal projects situated on the Cortez and Battle Mountain gold trends. In over two years Molycor has assembled a large land package on six Nevada properties that contain mineralized showings and one property has had production from two open-pit gold heap leach operations. Mapping, trenching and geochemical surveys (2006) have identified anomalous drill targets which will be explored by drilling in 2007

Exploration in 2007 will be geared toward mapping and sampling on the range front and surrounding pediment where alluvium may be covering receptive host rocks potentially hosting Carlin-type mineralization similar to Barrick’s +2 million ounce Archimedes gold deposit located 12 miles to the northwest.

Crowrea Project is a Molybdenum prospect and is approximately 3,440 hectares (8,500 acres) in size. The Crowrea Project is a mineral rich occurrence in a northeast trending dyke zone which require additional discoveries in the area before becoming economical. The discovery was contained in a trench which returned .209% MoS 2 over 38 meters. Subsequent drilling returned up to .273% MoS 2 over 39 meters in hole #95-03-09 and 4.6 metres grading 3.390% MoS 2 in Hole #96-14-56.
