When will they tell us what happened to the N.Pipes Drilling?

They said they would drill, and that it would take about 35 days from mid-June.

What happened?

I know Tracy reads this, and I think it's time she stopped telling us that she doesn't know anything about the drilling and instead got some answers from Briscoe.
