Selling all is a possibility. Also consider this, since that "midnight" legislation that got squeezed through congress LBSU properties & projects got a big value boost, because they are all "grandfathered. As long as they are kept current the government can't do anything about them and no one else can stake anything etc.--It's over, so LBSU's projects are worth much more than they were.
