The SEC filings can tell much. However, THAT is not what I was referring to. In a conversation last week with Tracy, I asked if it was going to be a few months (presumably) before any JV gold partner annoucement would be made. She may have slipped when saying, "I hope not that long. We are running out of money". I suggested that any JV activity would not yield any money up front (usually) until production begins and she then agreed. Who knows what the terms will be until....?

She also mentioned what most of us know. The subprime meltdown has made it more difficult with tough control-oriented terms for exploratory stage companies to get funds. I did not say impossible. BUt the process now takes longer. I have not sold yet but sure wish I had had a crystal ball on this.
