Months ago, I posted a message asking why LBSU did not sell its Alaska land position to raise money for uranium exploration.
Well, now they are doing that! Watch and see-they will get a large payment upfront + an agreement to spend a certain amount for drilling + a carried interest so LBSU benefits if the major makes a significant discovery.
Obviously, the company needs money for uranium exploration and this is the only way to get it. There should be a great deal of interest in this property. After all, our land position may be even better than that of Northern Dynasty itself. My guess is that Briscoe did receive joint venture inquiries earlier but he turned them down, hoping that he would find uranium in Arizona right off the bat.
