People need to keep in mind that Mr. Briscoe has ABSOLUTE control of this company. He owns a majority of the share outstanding at the present time, AND a majority of the shares fully diluted.

The company is NOT going to be bought out for pennies; it will only be bought out if the price is satisfactory to Mr. Briscoe.
