The most recent SEC filing regarding convertible promissory notes is contained within Section 8 of the Quarterly Report for the fiscal quarter ending July 31, 2007. The latter statement seems closer. You can always go to www.libertystaruranium.com under the "Investors tab" to view all SEC filings.
