Tucson, Arizona—April 19, 2007—Liberty Star Uranium & Metals Corp. (the “Company”), (OTCBB symbol: LBSU) will hold its second Annual General Meeting of Shareholders on Monday, May 21, 2007 at the Sheraton Tucson Hotel & Suites, 5151 East Grant Road, Tucson, Arizona 85712. The meeting’s agenda includes election of directors, presentations conducted by senior management and a continental breakfast.
Doors will open and continental breakfast will be served at 9:00 a.m. Mountain Standard Time (MST). Brief senior management presentations and the formal Annual General Meeting will commence at 10:00 a.m. MST, followed by a question & answer session.
