With the world price of oil steadily on the rise (over $100), those small pockets of oil and natural gas that weren't viable for the big boys before are now viable for the smaller operations. Let the Exxon's of the world have Texas, Alaska etc, the small caps of the world will take the Mississippi wells and do just fine relative to the Blue Chippers.
