Considering the financial future prospects of marketing phosphate and the power of some of the big players wanting on board, who is doing the big stock dumps at such a low price? Why sell at $1.70?

Who is increasing/decreasing their position in LGDI?

I would think China would be strongly considering investing and/or

buying.
