With the public statement that multiple equity partners are close/in due dilligence, the gov't fast tracking and the share price at ridiculously low levels, going all in. This is either Bernie Madoff pt. II or a no brainer investment of a lifetime.

If Alcoa/Potash/Etc. are truely involved at this stage and the governement is supporting this - the upside is ridiculous.
