I could be wrong and I could be seeing things but it appears there's a slight divergence with the on balance volume and the s/p. It seems the obv is moving slightly up the last 4-6 weeks while the s/p was trending sideways or slightly down. That tells me the smart money is accumulating or adding more. The fundamentals truly tell the story but an interesting technical point is also reassuring. imho
