We appreciate your patience after submitting your question. Lantis Laser has decided not to become a member of the Pink Sheets' OCTQX grouping. However, it is in the process of putting together the necessary registration documents to become a fully reporting company on the OTC. We expect this to happen in the next 6-8 weeks.

We suggest you continue to monitor this site for further news and developments regarding this issue and other developments with Lantis Laser.
