Exclusivity is a often misued legal term. Provided that the "exclusivity" holds this product still needs a full clinical trial and how it is accepted in the common dental practice is going to decide how this product, and stock reacts. I do agree with you that seeing it get off the pinks and on the big boys market would give me more confidence.
