I did quite a bit of back research on the people listed at Lantis Laser, specifically Dr. Craig B Gimbel.

Definetely the real deal here. Here he was winning the T.H Maiman award for Laser Dentistry

Here is a document in 2001 where Dr. Gimbel was speaking about his visions of this technology and even questions that were asked by other doctors regarding this technology.

And further back research even shows Lantis Laser was working with NASA back in 2000 developing their technology even further.
