Hey Dion!
Been listening to FSN for the last 4-5 years. All this manipulation sure is scary - but it´s also providing investors who has done their homework both on the companies resp. and on the macrolevel a chance to take advantage.
But the threaths on the dilution side is of course for real and Dr. Vern must continue to avoid the Canadian banks and broker houses. I´v seen the different transactions with the London based Anglo Pacific Ltd. as a recognition from KNB,s side that they are aware of the problems, with further financing anyway. And hopefully our Mpartners are one of the god guys??
But an email on the subject to KNB is of course a must - with the goal that KNB seeks out a fair line of credit with some European bank for our needs of 40-50 m.cad (?) to bring us into production in a professional and carefull way, as Jean Bailly would be advocating. Even if most of the western banking system will be under continued stress for a long time I would think that our case will be so god that a normal credit facility to draw upon must be arrangable. The payback time for a credit that small when ramping up to full production (within 30 mo?) will be around one year or less!
And regarding the share trade in KNB, has there really been much of manipulating down the price lately?
There could be a risk evolving when we are approaching sept 30 this year and the large warrantholders are supposed to pay up at .70 per new share.
So the company has to be on the alert and seek out god companions even further on.
