Dr. Rampton has been President of Kinbauri since its inception in 1983 and is responsible for its corporate strategy and management. He is also President of RamTerra Enterprise Ltd. (a company active in consulting and real estate development). He has been responsible for, and directly participated in all aspects of corporate goverence finances, strategy and development of Kinbauri and RamTerra. His expertise in designing and effecting techniques for mineral exploration in areas of overburden has also led to the discovery of numerous gold showings.
Dr. Rampton received a B.Sc. Eng. (Geology) from the University of Manitoba in 1962 and a Ph.D. in Geology from the University of Minnesota in 1969. He is a member or fellow of numerous associations including being a core member of the Prospectors and Developers Association of Canada (PDAC).
Dr. Gleeson has been the Vice-President of Exploration since Kinbauri's inception in 1983 and has been primarily responsible for the acquisition of prospective mineral properties and the design of Kinbauri's exploration programs. He is an expert in exploration geochemistry and economic geology and has a broad international experience. His advice has led to numerous discoveries including the William "C" gold zone at Hemlo, the Mengapur Cu Mo deposit in Malaysia and the Youga gold deposit in Burkina Faso. Chris is also President of C.F. Gleeson and Associates Ltd. (consulting in exploration geochemistry and economic geology).
Dr. Gleeson has an MSc in Economic Geology (McGill 1956) and received a Ph.D. in Economic Geology – Applied Geochemistry in 1960 from McGill. He was a recipient of Barlow Gold Metals in 1978 and 1988 from the Canadian Institute of Mining and Metallurgy. He is a member or fellow of numerous professional associations (SEG, CIM, PDAC, AAG and APEO); most notably he was a Founding Member of the Association of Exploration Geochemists.
Mr. Britt was appointed Chief Financial Officer in January of 2007. He is a principle of Venture Corporate Outsourcing Services, which had attended to Kinbauri’s internal auditing during 2006. From 2001 to early 2005, Mr. Britt practised audit and corporate finance at Samson Bélair/Deloite & Touche, mostly with public companies. He has been engaged as Chief Financial for a number of junior mining companies.
Mr. Britt received a Bachelor of Commerce from Hautes Etudes Commerciales (University of Montreal) in 2000 and is a candidate for Ordre des comptables agree du Québec.
Ms. Bloovol has been a Director since 1994; she was Secretary-Treasurer of Kinbauri between 1984 and 2003. She presently is a professional investment advisor, having recently retired from legal practise specializing in real estate and securities law in Toronto. She was corporate securities counsel to Kinbauri from 1984 to 2000. She is a director and officer of several public companies and is currently a consultant with a major financial planning company.
Ms. Bloovol received her Bachelor of Arts Degree from the University of Toronto in 1975, her Bachelor of Laws Degree from Osgoode Hall in 1978, and has been a Member of the Law Society of Upper Canada since 1980.
Mr. Henderson has been a Director since 1995. He has been active in managing junior mining companies for over 20 years and is currently President of Laramide Resources Ltd. and Aquiline Resources Inc. He was President of Republic Goldfields Inc. from 1988 until 1994 and MineFinders Corporation Ltd. from 1987 until 1994. At MineFinders he was responsible for acquiring the Dolores property, which contains more than 2 million ounces of gold and 160 million ounces of silver.
Mr. Henderson received an Economics Degree from the University of Colorado in 1981 and is a Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA).
Mr. Britt became a Director in 2005. He has been active in mineral exploration for over 30 years, having been instrumental in a number of major gold discoveries including the Silidor Mine in Quebec and Tulawaka, Golden Ridge and Chocolate Reef deposits in Tanzania. In the past, he has worked directly with such companies as Iron Ore Company of Canada, Noranda Inc., Aur Resources Inc., Riocanex, Soquem and Pangea Goldfields Inc.
Mr. Britt received a Bachelor’s Degree in geology from the University of Western Ontario in 1974.
Mr. Irwin has been Secretary for Kinbauri since 2004. Previous to that time he advised Kinbauri on securities matters. Mr. Irwin is the principle of Irwin Professional Corporation. Between 2004 and 2006 he was associated with Wildeboer Dellelce LLP. Between 1998 and 2004, he was associated initially with Boyle & Company and subsequently with Power Budd LLP. Presently Mr. Irwin is a Director and/or Officer of several public companies.
Mr. Irwin received his Bachelor of Arts from Bishop’s University in Lennoxville, Quebec in 1990 and his Bachelor of Laws from the University of New Brunswick in Fredericton, New Brunswick in 1994. He has been a member of the Law Society of Upper Canada since 1996.
