Intertainment and Ego TV have agreed to a revenue sharing program from all advertising and related sponsorship and promotional programs that will provide Intertainment with recovery of the costs for delivering the service plus a significant share of the net profits.
As part of the agreement, Ego TV will distribute a fully custom branded version of Intertainment’s Itibiti platform, providing online consumers with a free computer based Voice Powered Social Network. Ego TV distributes its content through Ego TV online (www.egotvonline.com) and VidShadow, MySpaceTV, Joost, Veoh, mobile partners, and many other distribution outlets. Users will receive a suite of services including online voice chat, integrated text chat, FREE local and long distance calling to land based and mobile phones, Ego TV content and other services, combined with related advertising. Users will have the ability to share Itibiti with friends and family, promoting viral growth of the platform.
