David Lucatch joins NGTV as member of the Board of Directors
TORONTO, ONTARIO, May 25, 2007- Intertainment Media Inc. (“Intertainment” or the “Company”) (TSXV:INT) is pleased to announce that Mr. David Lucatch, President and Chief Executive Officer, has accepted an appointment as a member of the Board of Directors of Beverly Hills, California based, NGTV (NO GOOD TV).
NGTV, the world’s largest producer of uncensored celebrity news and entertainment programming, showcases the biggest A-list stars and covers all things entertainment. The network has gained enviable access to Hollywood’s A-list by making it a policy to avoid tabloid and paparazzi fare. In a media genre dominated by ambush television, NGTV emerges as an artist-friendly network created with fans front of mind.
Intertainment is the Canadian marketing and advertising partner for NGTV. Recently, NGTV Chairman Mr. Gene Simmons was in Toronto for the launch of NGTV.COM in Canada. Mr. Simmons was joined by Carrie Keagan and Shark Firestone, hosts of NGTV (www.NGTV.com).
As previously announced, Intertainment Media Inc. has agreed to make a substantive investment in NGTV of up to $2.3 Million USD. The Company is in the process of finalizing this transaction.
In addition to Canadian marketing and advertising rights, the Company has first right of refusal to add to its partnership marketing and advertising programs with NGTV in the UK, Europe, China, Asia, the Pacific Rim and China.

Mr. Gene Simmons, Chairman of the Board
Mr. Simmons is a world renowned entrepreneur, co-founder of the legendary rock group KISS and creator and star of several television programs including A&E’s highly successful Gene Simmons’ Family Jewels. Mr. Simmons is also a partner in Simmons Abramson Marketing, which, among other programs, is the marketing team for the Indy Racing League, including the Indy 500.
Mr. Kourosh Taj, Co-President & Head of Programming and a Co-Founder
Mr. Taj has been in the music and entertainment industry for over 14 years holding various positions in television production, development, licensing, talent booking and operations.
Mr. Jay Vir, Co-President and Co-Founder
Mr. Vir is a new media veteran and has a decade of experience in Internet, entertainment, licensing and content distribution. He was the CEO of Netinfo, Inc., an Internet company and a Microsoft network content partner.
Mr. Al Cafaro
Mr. Cafaro is a well-respected music industry veteran, now in his third decade in the music business. He held the position of Chairman and CEO of A&M Records form 1996 to 1999. Mr. Cafaro also served on the board of Radio Industry Association of America from 1990-1999.
Mr. Richard Abramson
Mr. Abramson’s successful career spans more than 25 years and several industries. In the film industry, Mr. Abramson has served as Co-Creator, Producer and Executive Producer on numerous films for studios such as Paramount, New Line Cinema, Warner Bros. and Columbia. Mr. Abramson is partner with Mr. Simmons in Simmons Abramson Marketing, an international marketing and services firm.
Mr. Troy R. Barnett
Mr. Barnett is a certified public accountant and the chair of our audit committee. From 1994 to 2002, Mr. Barnett was a Senior Manager at Deloitte & Touche, LLP a registered public accounting firm. In 2002, Mr. Barnett left Deloitte & Touch, LLP and founded his own public accounting firm, Barnett & Company, Inc.
Mr. Greg Suess
Mr. Suess is an attorney and since 1997 has practiced law with the firm Christensen, Glaser, Fink, Jacobs, Weil & Shapiro, LLP. He specializes in entertainment law. Mr. Suess is also a founding partner of ROAR, LLC, an entertainment management and production company based in Beverly Hills, California.
Mr. Andrew De Francesco
Mr. De Francesco is President and Managing Director of A to Z Capital Inc. of Toronto. Mr. De Francesco has been involved in the investment and equity markets for over 12 years and has held various positions in a number of securities firms.
Mr. David Lucatch
