I would have liked to seen management  step in and buy some stock at .14 or .15 instead of adding another 1.1 million to the float with their options. They should be concerned that the share price is at a 2 year low with all the commodities thru the roof in that same 2 year period. Instead they line their pockets with more options. Its time for them to show some faith in this deal.
