What I mean is the company has to go out and tell this story to large investors aka institutions. The retail investor can make the stock perk up once in a while but that doesn't last for long. I have been involved in this stock for a long time and there has never been any sustained buying. You would think with  the 3 cents per share profit  and the properties they have in a strong metals market that they would be able to get some funds to take some interest. They couldn't even get the stock to hold  the .30 cent level of the last finacing. They need to hit the street and drum up some buying. Having good potential isn't enough to make a stock go up if no one knows about it.
