I don't know if this is an opportunity. We're definitely in a sideways mode. Not up, not down, little volume. We need some news and some developments to reignite this. A story needs to be told. I think there is a story here but if there's no news then I don't think any new comer can get excited. In the meantime if you're in it for the long haul then I think there is an opportunity for that dollar cost averaging thing. Accumulate more for value.
