I do think though as a marketing technique if they had a number of fire chiefs (not just one or two) giving a variety of testimonials would be great. I think its great they're attending trade shows... I would expect no less. I can also understand that it would be a longer sales cycle so the orders wouldn't come in overnight. I do agree with you though about the lack of news.
