Clarification to recent Feature Webcast

Recentlly there was a Feature Webcast on the AGORACOM Broadcast Centre pertaining to Grayling Wireless. Within that webcast it was mentioned that Grayling had 55 million shares outstanding. The company currently has 75 million shares outstanding but is planning to retire 20 million shares in the next two weeks bringing the total outstanding back to 55 million. AGORACOM apologizes for any confusion that may have caused.
