Last week, IPOJOE posted a message, that was quickly taken down by Agoracom, which showed that the oustanding shares for Grayling had grown substantially. Pink Sheets website still shows 55,000,000 outstanding shares as of July 2006, but seeing as Grayling is still on the pink sheets, we really don't know what the number is? Are the insiders at Grayling executing on some recently awarded share options? What exactly are the details of the Scott deal? What does the P&L look like for this company?
