However, in order to that, there are significant additional filing costs that would have to be incurred. The company has every intention of doing that; however, it has to weigh those administrative costs with the perceived benefits as well as taking into account the resources required where it could have been used elsewhere growing the business. When the cost benefit situation is at its optimal level, the move to another exchange will be done.
