First Commitment for ClearCalm Lease/Rental Option

CALGARY, AB - (November 15, 2007) Grayling Wireless USA, Inc. (GRYW: PK) is pleased to provide updates for its Radio Division. 

Radio Division:

Grayling’s Radio Division has recently received its first lease/rental commitment for the use of ClearCalm from a municipality in Florida. Grayling CEO Jeff Love said, “We are very encouraged by this development. It is certainly our strategy to continuously grow recurring revenue streams of this nature and this first commitment is indicative that the lease/rental option will be well received by our market.”

In addition, the company has recently received inquiries from another SCBA manufacturer regarding adaptation of the ClearCalm system to a specific market requirement and preliminary work has commenced on a prototype program.

The company’s Stone Mountain subsidiary is nearing completion on the development of an intrinsically-safe version of the SWORDTM Speaker Microphone which will be submitted for regulatory approval in the near future. Early market indications are very encouraging for this exciting new product.
