As predicted on the AGORACOM Blog, it appears we are now moving into capitulation phase and a great opportunity to buy good small-caps that have been thrown out with the bathwater.

Garrison already filed the necessary documents with the Mongolian government in connection with its application for land use and environmental operation permits. These documents include an economic study report and an environmental impact assessment report which include social impact studies. I expect that the land use permits will be granted without too much difficulty.
