It looks like GoldWorld is getting by the permitting process with out too much difficulty. I think that the Mongolian government was in a state of limbo with regards to mining laws. I don't think they fully understood the benefits while they were focusing too much on the potential environmental footprints. Either way it seems that it's water under the bridge. They realize it's not just foreign companies coming in, exploiting and leaving. Garrison, Goldworld and many others are offering the country jobs, infrastructure and some type of royalty I'm sure. Especially in developing regions of the country I truly believe that it's a win/win situation for all parties involved.
