Roger - the answer is no to both questions.

I publish a newsletter. GAU was on our radar screen.

In an issue published almost 3 weeks ago we reported what I posted here.

When posting, I clicked the "question for Agoracom" button.

As IR for Garrison, perhaps they can provide additional info and a clarification for shareholders.
