Brighton, England – August 11, 2008 – Futuremedia Learning, a leading e-learning provider and a division of Futuremedia plc (OTCBB:FMDAY), has won the contract to provide an innovative web-based professional development portal for IMS Health. IMS Health is the leading global provider of business intelligence and strategic consulting services for the pharmaceutical and healthcare industries, and a new client for Futuremedia Learning.

The portal will be an important enabler for IMS Health’s Client Services division in implementing its new Professional Development Framework. The portal will help staff to manage their Learning and Development and is being designed to support a blended approach to learning that initially includes:

• Access to and completion tracking of pre-workshop materials
• Registration for a face-to-face workshop (delivered online using web-conferencing technology)
• Access to and completion tracking of post-workshop materials
• A learning log to track learning completed

The portal is initially being used to deliver training in three core competencies identified by IMS Health as critical to the business. Following successful implementation of the initial phase, the portal will be developed to support a much broader range of competencies, functionality and audiences.
